Belkin Shield Micra
The Shield Micra case is a clear hard snap on case for the iPhone 4. It is a very sleek and stylish case and keeps the beautiful form and appearance of the iPhone intact. However at the same time it offers minimal protection for your hefty investment. The plastic is very thin and only covers the back and sides of the phone. The top and bottom of the phone are left open; this is also true for the buttons as well. The volume, power, and mute buttons are not covered at all, there are holes in the thin plastic case to allow access them. There is not much of a lip on the case to protect the screen either, allowing it to be easily scratched. I am quite confident that if the iPhone were to be dropped with the case on it the case would pop right off the phone. It seems to me that if your worried more about keeping the look of your iPhone 4 as close to natural as possible then this is the case for you. If you want protection then this case is not the best idea.
